What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or embedded third-party content. It is served through Cloudflare. Visiting it does not create an account or profile.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email address, phone number and property if given, the nature of your enquiry, and your message) together with the time of submission, your IP address, approximate country and browser type. This is kept in a database hosted by Cloudflare in order to respond to your enquiry and to protect the form from abuse. A copy of each enquiry is sent by email to our company mailbox. The email is delivered by Resend, Inc. from servers in the European Union, and the mailbox is hosted by Zoho Corporation in the European Union. Both act as our processors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or the steps necessary to enter into a contract where relevant. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical data necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Cloudflare acts as our processor. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message in order to respond. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or on the steps necessary to enter into a contract where relevant. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the matter and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. Our mailboxes are hosted by Zoho Corporation in the European Union, which acts as our processor.
