Cymerion acquires and owns residential property in Cyprus for the long term. Homes are bought to be held, not turned over.

Homes are finished, furnished and presented properly before they are offered. What you see at the viewing is what you get on the day you move in.

Care
Every home is looked after. It is checked regularly, maintained as it should be, and upgraded when that is the right thing to do. Tenants have a direct line for anything that comes up.
